Esa Business Incubation Centre Sweden öppnade i december 2015 och är Nordens första organisation för startup-företag som använder rymdtekniska lösningar för tekniska problem på jorden – eller tvärtom. Satsningen är initierad av Rymdstyrelsen, Vinnova och European Space Agency (Esa). Esa Bic Sweden styrs av inkubatorer från Luleå, Uppsala och Trollhättan.

The ESA Business Incubation Centre (BIC) Norway opened in August 2018. The ESA BIC Norway is the 20th to open, joining the European-wide network which provides support to over 150 companies every year in Europe. ESA Space Solutions is the go-to place for great business ideas involving space in all areas of society and economy. Our mission is to support entrepreneurs in Europe in the development of business using satellite applications and space technology.Our programme is designed to provide multiple entry points such as ESA Business Incubation Centres (ESA BICs), ESA Technology Transfer Broker ESA BIC Switzerland is collaborating with VentureLab, Impact Hub Zurich, VentureKick and AP-Swiss. 20 ESA BICs exist all over Europe and have supported over 700 startups thus far.

In addition to the expertise in operation of spacecraft, ESOC also have more than 15 years of experience in processing and refining of satellite navigation data ESA BIC Sweden at the Antler Stockholm Cohort 1.
